Registration
Participation in the Training School is free of charges, but registration is mandatory and must be performed before Friday, 29 September 2023 6 October 2023.
Catering
Refreshments throughout the Training School duration will be covered.
Lunches (25€/pers/day) and Wednesday dinner (35€/pers) will be proposed and have to be ordered and paid here.
An evening event (bar tapas) will be prepared to present your activities and labs, Monday 13th November.
Information regarding the talks
We also ask participants to prepare a short presentation (1 or 2 slides) of their Lab, which will be presented during an evening event. Consumption will be at everyone’s discretion.
Social Events
Several social activities are scheduled all along the Training School duration:
- a visit of Valencia will be organized on Wednesday 15 November afternoon; and
- a “get-to-know-each-other” bar evening for general laboratory presentations (1/2 slides per organization)
- a dinner on Wednesday15th November at Albufera (Natural Park) of Valencia.
